Returns & Exchanges
This policy applies to purchases made on dxdworldwide.com, operated by Dreams and Diversity LTD.
Returns
We are happy to refund eligible items returned within 14 days of your order receipt. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- It must be in the same condition that you received it.
- It must have the original tags attached.
- It must be free of damage, odors, or marks (such as makeup or perfume).
If our customer care team feels any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion whether the item is suitable for return. Should a refund be refused, your item will be returned to you. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. This means that all returned goods will be refunded or issued as store credit, depending on the policy for your region (see below). If you require a new size or color, we recommend placing a new order immediately if the desired item is still available.
Received the Wrong Item?
Should you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer care team directly at hello@dxdworldwide.com for immediate assistance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted (usually 5–10 business days).
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund or store credit, please contact us at hello@dxdworldwide.com.
How to Initiate a Return (Domestic & International)
To initiate a return, please use our online returns portal or contact us directly at hello@dxdworldwide.com.
Required Information for Self-Shipping: If you choose to return your item(s) via a courier of your choice, please ensure you print the following details onto a sheet of paper and insert this inside your parcel:
- Order number:
- Full name:
- Item reference(s) returned:
- Reason for return:
We strongly advise that you securely package your return and use a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
International Returns (Outside of the EU)
The cost of return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer. You may use the courier of your choice. We advise insuring the package and using a tracking service.
Please ensure you mark any returns as ‘returned goods’ on all postal or customs forms. Additionally, any duties or customs fees incurred by incorrect declarations will be deducted from your final refund amount.
*Please Note: All International customers (outside of the EU) will be refunded in the form of an e-gift card or store credit only.*
EU Returns
Customers within the European Union are eligible for a full refund (to the original payment method) if the items are returned within 14 days of receipt. Standard Shipping costs are refundable, but Express Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Restocking Fee (for Refused Parcels)
International returns due to refusal to accept the parcel, including non-payment of duties and taxes upon arrival, will incur a **$45.00 (or equivalent local currency)** restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund amount/store credit.
How Long Will My Return Take to Process?
Once your return package reaches our warehouse, it will be quality inspected and your refund/store credit will be processed within 3 working days. Once your refund has been processed, it will take up to 5 days (or longer, depending on your bank) for the funds to reach your account depending on your original payment method.
